Self Defence

Self defence is a long standing, proven exercise regime designed to promote healthy ageing. The increased mobility, extra strength and balance achieved by a self defence program often leads to many health benefits such as, increased energy, maintenance of bone density, improved confidence and a reduction in depression.

Cost: $5.00 per session

Includes: a fun, healthy, active experience, professional instruction, use of our quality indoor facility and the opportunity to meet new people.  Enjoy a cup of tea, coffee and biscuits after the session.
