Self Defence

Self defence is a long standing, proven exercise regime designed to promote healthy ageing. The increased mobility, extra strength and balance achieved by a self defence program often leads to many health benefits such as, increased energy, bone density is maintained, improved confidence and depression is reduced.

Cost: $5 per session which includes a fun healthy active experience, professional instruction, use of quality indoor facility, the opportunity to meet new people and enjoy a cup of tea, coffee and biscuits which is all provided.
