Strength Training
Our Strength Training programs are wonderful for the body and mind! The programs promote healthy ageing and social interaction with a great group of people. Classes focus on fun, building confidence and gradual improvement. The programs are ongoing and people are welcome to join at any time.
Cost: $5.00 per session
Includes: a fun, healthy, active experience, professional instruction, use of our quality indoor facility and the opportunity to meet new people. Enjoy a cup of tea, coffee and biscuits after the session.
