Strength Training

Strength Training is a long standing, proven exercise regime designed to promote healthy ageing. Class are ongoing and people are welcome to join at any time.

Cost: $5 per session which includes professional instruction, a fun healthy active experience, opportunity to meet new people and enjoy a cup of tea, coffee and biscuits which is all provided.

The walking group is designed to promote a warm up activity that is free from trip hazards and is also included in the strength training session price of $5.
