Tai Chi

Tai Chi movements and breathing are gentile yet very powerful exercise that work your joints, ligaments and muscles. The graceful movements for which Tai Chi is famous are performed slowly to help students relax. Classes are ongoing and people are welcome to join in at any time.

Cost: $5 per session which includes professional instruction, a fun healthy active experience, opportunity to meet new people and enjoy a cup of tea, coffee and biscuits which is all provided.
